 Technical characteristics of the coating layer:
- Aluminum logo is painted on both surfaces: Inner side and Logo face, in which:
+  Inner side: Alu coated white.
+ Logo face: Print tassel (3-4) colors. Colors and logos similar to the sample and Logo file provided by us;
Products after printing and coated can withstand product sterilization process including 3 stages:
+ Heating Stage: from 40oC to 115oC in 15 minutes.
+ Heat preservation stage: keep at 115oC for 50 minutes.
+ Cooling Step: Lower heat from 115 oC to 40 oC in 25 minutes.
In the water environment, spray directly on the product at a pressure of 3 kg/cm2
Requirements for coatings can be used for food (Certificate attached), Resistant to sterilization temperatures (no color change, no peeling, etc.) o Withstand machine operating temperature: 200 C for 3 minutes, Good adhesion to PVC compound inside, no peeling.
