Type: Clear or color lacquer/Aluminum foil/Plastic film

1.Material:
Protective Lacquer 1-2g/m2 for transparent, 4-6g/m2 for color (i.e golden)

Aluminum foil, A8011-HO, thickness 0.06~0.09mm

Heat sealing: Plastic film (PP), thickness upon requirement.

Total thickness: 0.08-0.150mm

3. Application: 
Used in peel off end (POE) for dry food product, such as formula milk powder, coffee, etc;
3.1 Heat-sealable against tinplate ring - unlacquered (plain), epoxy lacquered, modified polyester or with PP film;
3.2 Max storage temperature of the finished POE ≤70ºC;
3.3 Heat resistance of protective lacquer in heat-sealing tool: up to 260 ºC;
3.4 Suitable for ring or tab forming;
3.5 Suitable for logo or waffle embossing;
3.6 Suitable for Soudronic POE machine and other main brands of machines.
